Both lovable and frustrating

The location is fantastic! Just a short walk to eateries and the MTR, my spacious room had a comfortable bed, perfect for relaxation after exploring the vibrant Wan Chai district! !

While the amenities were decent, I found the gym a bit cramped, making it difficult to work out comfortably.

The room was spacious enough for my family with lovely views. We also loved the central location, which made it super easy to explore local eateries and hang out at Wan Chai. My brother and I definitely enjoyed the convenience of the nearby MTR station.

My kids wished there were more activities for families.

Had a fantastic time in the Superior Plus Twin Room. Room was super spacious, comfy bed, and the bathroom was excellent with great water pressure. They provided fresh towels and toiletries daily. Plus, the buffet breakfast had an omelette station and loads of options. The Wan Chai metro station was just a quick walk away, so getting around was easy!

I really enjoyed my five-night stay! The amenities in my room were excellent, especially the quality toiletries, and the powerful shower made mornings refreshing. the gym ceiling was low, which was a bit awkward. I'd love to come back!

This place suits me perfectly with great Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I won't forget how the staff helped me find my lost ring on my first stay. I highly recommend the welcome drink check-in!

Sichuan Paradise just around the corner served up some serious spice, and Coyote Bar & Grill had me vibing with fantastic tacos after a long day. My Superior Plus King Room was pure bliss, and the comfy bed was perfect for unwinding after my culinary adventures.

The gym might feel a little cramped, especially for tall folks, but with so many eateries nearby, who needs a big gym anyway?

Two complimentary bottles of water each day were a nice touch, too. On the downside, the Wi-Fi didn’t work on my laptop for my business trip. I noticed some noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway that could be distracting. There were some stains on the carpets and surfaces that could use attention. Despite these issues, I found the overall experience enjoyable, thanks in large part to the friendly assistance from the staff at all times.

My stay in the Superior Double Room was everything I could wish for and more. The little details made all the difference, like having delicious coffee and tea ready for my arrival. With stunning views from the 23rd floor and friendly staff eager to help, it felt like a home away from home!
